A small town is currently facing a severe health crisis. This town is not close to a natural waterway so the local government often imports clean water for the residents, or opens wells. Because of this, there is often a drought in the area especially in summer.

Most of the population are workers. The common livelihood of the residents here is mining and factory work. The area is rich in human resources because the residents here are hardworking, whether young or old. They are also easily taught the skills necessary for their livelihood. However, the said area is experiencing a shortage of health professionals, so residents rarely have anyone close to them whenever someone gets sick.
